Sooo Pinoy: Flora Cafe Hotel Elizabeth Cebu

It was the last stop for the Cebu Leg of the Sooo Pinoy food Trip na Pilipinas, and our destination was Cafe Flora, the hotel restaurant of Hotel Elizabeth in Cebu City.

I have stayed with Hotel Elizabeth before so I am not new to Cafe Flora, and the foods served here.
