If there’s one good thing that I like about Parlane Hotel, it must be the inclusion of authentic Cebuano dishes in their menu.
Kan-anan Restaurant Executive Chef Arman Polon said that the dishes served in the hotel restaurant are honest to goodness Cebuano dishes. Everything has a touch of Cebuano.
